You can Defib Kill have done it quite a few times, it is mega hard to do though!

 

Nice to have a few rounds with guys off here last night, had a couple with stimpy then quite alot of you seemed to be on. It did take me a while to alter my gameplay to account for teamwork, being so used to fending for myself on pub servers.

Call me an arse then mate but I'm getting pleasure out of knifing at the mo but that's because I decided to try for my medal this week.

Last night I got myself 3 more ribbons to the tally with the help of Throbbi, MrHappy and smc - thanks guys.

Not sure it's the same but I had the urge to type 'shiny, shiny' each time if I knew them, that's only because I like collecting things.

It doesn't bother me too much, I even got thanked one time for being the final knife for the guys medal to which I said I was glad to be of help.

I like using any new weapon, when I get bored I then switch on. I do like the knife at the mo though, that is when I'm not just stood there trying to give the enemy a hair cut.

 

Defib kills are fun as heck. I'd much rather be knifed and teabagged than defibed in terms of humiliation

 

I wasn't saying people who knife are arses I was saying the people who make a big deal out of it and that's all they are looking to do.

Your knifing for a reason to get a medal and I do it to get the master dog tag but I don't feel the need to make silly comments like owned.

 

Lol, I know mate, I missed of a smiley by mistake. I still have an urge to say 'shiny shiny' though.

I never understand 'owned' or 'noob' comments, it just makes people sound like knobs.

Just had a quick round, somebody reckons they're report my battlelog because I took their bird out of the sky with a shell.

Reckoned I should do the lottery so I said I've practiced it enough. To prove the point I did it a 2nd time at which point he said he'd report me.

I happened to point out if you fly slow and low you're a target, he was about as high as the buildings on Kharg, creeping about trying to gun. I don't know why people think they're invulnerable in an aircraft. Mental.

 

I hit a heli with a tank shell twice the other day and nothing happened.

I definitely hit it as I saw the impact effect, same happened with a tv.

 

On some servers my shells just seem to go through infantry. Not sure what's going on there.

 

Knifing is overrated in BF3. At one point on our Teamspeak server, we had almost everyone saying "oh hi!" when they knifed someone. It caused all kinds of arguments, so we banned anyone commenting on it on Teamspeak unless the person being knifed said something first.

 

With the repair tool is it a easy thing to get a kill with? everytime I get behind someone I dont have it equiped to get the assignment task of getting a kill with the thing then I miss with the knife and end up having to shoot em xD

 

It's pretty quick, find yourself a sniper lying on the mountain on firestorm and flame them up.

 

I got my repair too on a sinper on Karkand. Then his 3 team mates dropped in on his spawn beacon.. another 3 repair tool kills as well!

 

I got both the required repair tool kills on Draca to be honest Repair tooled his tank to death and also him. I was quite lucky to be honest. Though in regards knife/repair tooling. Using the repair tool is easier than a knife kill no issues with it glitching!

 

Just had that, saw hit markers and nothing.

Weekends are full of hackers and spawn/baserapers.

 

If you're stuck getting the repair tool kill for a vehicle, find an enemy spawn beacon or TUGS/MAV and do it on that. They are considered vehicles.

 

Well I didn't know that.

Not got a repair tool kill myself for a while. May try a defib one sometime but I guess they have to be injured a bit first to make it easier.

 

Nope full health and you cab do it, though it is one frustrating thing to do. Have done it in the past but that was when all of us where doing it not a random sneak attack!

 

I got a cheeky repair torch kill on Caspian recently. An enemy was prone in the corner of one of the buildings. As I ran by, I saw his legs glitching through the wall, whipped out the torch and did the damage.

 

I've had one on Elton! So it does work and there is a lot of speech cues for it as well, some of which are pretty hilarious.

In other news, I'll be on this evening with a mega hangover.
