Finally got my hands on a copy of BF3 and I am loving it, though I dont know if its just me or are the guns much easier to use than in Bad Company 2, seem to do much better in BF3.

also I am surprised how well my graphics card is coping to be honest, did not think I would even be able to play it on low really but it hits 35 average which is pretty good

 

Why not get something like a GTX 460. They sell for around £60inc on the market place.

 

Im actually picking two of them up this weekend

one off of Teelzebub and another off of b1g-d0g.

 

If i manage to sort my crashing issue i may be in the market soon to replace my HD4870, not a great budget though.

Ill see if i can sort this annoying issue first

Its not just you I found the same thing, although I play TDM almost exclusively so I'm not sure that my opinion really counts

 

In Bad Company 2 I cant fly a Helicopter to save my life, I end up nosediving it but in BF3 I can actually fly them and be reasonably effective, jets are really twitchy things, going to take a little while to get used to they are.

 

I did enjoy the passiona... NO WAIT.. I will CRUSH YOU Telltale!

Heh, yeah - best bit was despite five posts asking him for his battlelog profile, he never linked it, despite claiming he'd played more BF3 than anyone on Bit-tech. I lol'd.

I really must get around to recording my gameplay, even if it's just for some of the random funnies that happen.

Must trawl through this thread to seen how you guys do it.

 

Recons are the best tool for C4 traps. Lay down a tugs, Wait until they go and shoot it. Boom! C4 trap.

Or just have good communication. Or throw dem tings out of a window.

 

Money just came through for the new PC so I'm looking to record as well, shame I'll be on D3 most of the time from next week though!

Best use of C4 I've seen is a shrewd support guy dropping C4 under a resupply pack. Enemy comes up, shoots resupply box... BOOM! Couldn't stop laughing

 

Agreed I miss it too!!

I have some pretty good C4 clips put together but I want more. So putting off rendering and uploading till I have them recorded. Doing a simple montage with some music over the top xD

It most likely won't be timed or anything so the music will not match action in video. And the music may not be to everyones tastes. (Depends if you like a band called Mindless Self Indulgence)

 

The final parts for my new build have been ordered. I'll be playing with you guys soon enough! Woohoo
