Hehe you caught me. I played once in the last week - but the Dota 2 streaming scene is exploding like SC2 did back at release and it's still closed beta! Exciting stuff.

In other news, I bought a copy of Dxtory and bought a license for Xsplit premium - gonna get some live streaming going with minimal FPS drop hopefully! Will see how it goes, might need some help testing it out and making sure it's all smooth in a couple weeks

I would like to thank smc8788 for getting the 5 SQDM wins in 5 rounds yesterday, so i finally have 9/10 unlocks. Poor opponents, they were so angry, accused smc of cheating, while we were kicking their asses . Killed two by gun, then grabbed two dogtags by knife just to be killed by 5th right at the end of the last round, was a nice end of the day.

 

I sat through several BF guides yesterday on smarter play, I certainly felt smarter playing TDM with SMC lastnight, In fact i ****ing really enjoyed laying the hurt on people as Assault. still need more practice but I think I'm getting into the rhythm of it all.

Dice have recognised that the 2x xp isn't working on PC. It's at the top of battlelog.

Personally, I'm glad we don't get "double XP"... not a fan of the idea at all.

 

seeing there's no double XP, i'll keep playing with Lightroom then...... i personally love this idea as the game needs some incentive to get some old players to come back after the last patch.

double XP has been rescheduled (according to Battlelog) to 26-27.

 

Just popped on for a quick game, popped in a tank and went 33-3 and MVP2 when I joined late about 200 tickets down (and we then won by 61 ).

Quite pleased except for the fact the last message typed just before the 'you won' screeny was 'adidan cheat'.

Frickin coward. I hate people just throwing the word 'cheat' around without saying why they think it. Guess I should take it as a compliment really.

Anyway, I won't lose any sleep over it.

How are you guys recording in game footage? I've tried using both Fraps and Bandicam, but as soon as I press the record hotkey, gameplay drops to about 10fps, regardless of settings.

 

I've not tried it yet but am thinking about getting around to it and had a search on here a while back.
