    Hi folks,

I've gotten round to updating my OpenMediaVault installation to V5 and have added the VirtualBox plugin.

I also downloaded the CentOS VDI file but I'm struggling to bring the two together.

I've put the CentOS onto one of the server hard discs (sdd) however I can't find a way to refer Virtualbox to the image. I get a list of directories - bin, usr, dev, etc, etc... but none of these seem to hold the image or relate to the drive in question.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks,

Cleggy (poo at Linux, good at other things)

Sussed it, I was trying to create a new VM rather than just loading the centos image. Duh!

VM's are fun and cool :)

I have a vm that runs a Linux based nt password reset/boot editor/registry editor so that I can just stick the drive in an external usb caddy( one of the plop the drive in type), saves me having to find the cd that I keep loosing.

    it boots quicker as well
