What motherboard are you using? If it's one with onboard graphics, then it looks like the VGA core frequency would be the clockspeed for that. VGA aperture is fine at 128MB. This is the maximum amount of system memory that the graphics card can borrow in case it runs out of space on it's own memory. 128MB is enough.
