Have been playing with a geforce3 ti200 and, after adding a VGA silencer the card runs fine at the max rivatuner will allow the core to go (265 iirc) is there any way to make rivatuner allow a higher range on the core clocks? Or any other software that would allow higher clocks?
Coolbits isnt really an option as it maxes before rivatuner does (due to 40.72 drivers) not tried powerstrip yet.....

There is a wat to get rivatuner to increase its max, I cant remember off hand as I did it accidently.
Something like rescan the GFX when already overclocked then save.

I may have overclocked using coolbits then scaned using rivatuner, not sure though.

There is a way... let me get back to you - I had to do it with my wonderous 9600XT, as I only had 700MHz to play with before I found the mod :)

    here goes...

right, your default window will look something like this:

If you come out of the clocks window, and go in to the "Power User" tab

Go down to the field called "Rivatuner 2.0 RC xx.x \ Overclocking \ Global" and double click on the string "MaxClockLimit" and input your own value... I've chosen 1400... the result is the following:

When you go back in to the overclocking window, you will be greeted with massive clock sliders like so:

Thanks bigZ just whats required :D

Carbon, nah, they max before rivatuner does... using old drivers which have quite a low clock limit...

That looks a bit more scientific than my try this and hope it works version.

OK lets see, what I was trying to say (albeit poorly) was that your method was more scientific (ie correct) as compared to my "try this and see if it works"
Basically I couldn't remember how I got it to increase the max overclock limit, so I suggested a possible method that may or may not work, therefore try it and see.
