must be a slow news day lol
Gah just saw the troll faces... We have been trolled like bitches!! Nice one.
I for one welcome our new giant motherboard wielding overlords...
All hail the oncoming WTFX motherboards.
Oh that is the perfect name for the form classic .
I'm guessing it's really only an eATX, which has been standard for server boards since forever.
EDIT: 305 x 330mm
EDIT again: According to wiki there is a Workstation ATX standard (WATX) at 356 × 425mm (14x17") , but I've never seen a case that would take that.
WTX primarily used used during the P3 server era.
There is also SWTX, which is 13x18.
Some Super Micro server cases support both it and WTX (SC830 is one of them) and make a great watercooling chassis. That is, if you can find any of them for less than a high end Lian Li or Silverstone, on the plus side, it will likely survive a nuclear war.
WTX was supported by several server chassis makers and builders.
OMG-ATX looks the correct factor for this one.
Does anyone else see the irony of a company called Super Micro making the largest computer cases known to mankind?
It's not trick photography guys, just a big box and a midget .
Sorry for the bump but it was better than creating a new thread:
Separate names with a comma.
