    I dont know how the ipod is packed, but normally boxes have shrink wrap on them, did no one notice that it was missing of had been tampered with?

    haha, I work at slavemart. Its funny yet disturbing. The odd thing is dont most people read and listen to tunes at the same time?

    And no, a thief that smart wont get caught, not unless he does it again. Then he'd be a stupid thief.

    As a matter of fact...

    My wife bought me Photoshop CS2 from the Amazon.com marketplace. Turned out to be a pirated version. The first clue was the note on the side of the box that read: "Made for Microsoft Windews."

    Oddly enough, Adobe didn't seemed concerned in the least bit. They told me that the situation sucks, we should try to get a refund, and thanks for calling. Oh well. Amazon guarantees a full refund for pirated software, and the seller agreed to give us our money back. Whatcha gonna do, eh?
