Doing anything for someone is (most of the time) a good thing, as long as they a) deserve it and b) don't take the piss with it. as long as your offering to help rather than being asked, and the person both appreciates and is worth your time then it shouldn't be a problem. mind games are plain stupid, especially challenging you with opening a can of beer? weird girl.
