Decided to add my 'resources' to the cause... not gonna be setting the leaderboard alight, but - as they say - every little helps...

Yes; I joined this team... even with a 3-tab Chrome browser running, it seems to think I can 'offer' ~900K ppd.

That's a very respectable contribution, many thanks.

I've not followed the FaH hardware requirements, what does it like best for effective folding?
I guess my gaming rig is the one to use as it has the best CPU (6 core i5 8400) and a GTX 970. I have the possibility of a GTX 460 here, but think it'll be way less efficient.

WFH, I'm swapping between 3 PCs that do different things, so at least one could be left running.

Your GTX 970 would be the best bit of hardware for Folding on.

Anyone know what would make my PC crash/reboot while folding?
I've had a restarted machine 2 mornings in a row since I started; after a restart, this morning, it crashed & restarted as soon as I opened FAHControl...

Something is overheating I'd imagine, sounds like thermal protection is kicking in. Either that or you have a power issue.

Got it set to Medium... unless my power profile is a spanner in the works.

Ugh - got monitor set to 'go off' after 5hrs inactive... would that do it?

    EDIT:
Just had a look at my stat's & I seem to have chewed my way through 6 WU, already...
Not done enough 'work' to be on the team-sheet stat's, but it's a start.
