My company would like to use Glance Networks "Glance" software to help train some of our employees. It's similar to remote desktop, which was my first thought, but it has a few features built into it that I can forsee being useful. The link is here. My question is, have any of you used this, and if so, is it worth the high cost? I'd like to use something free and open-source, if possible.
