http://www.thedailymash.co.uk/news/...stonbury-wishing-they-were-dead-2013062874277 Let's chuck that into the mix, too. I have been to Glasto, at least once, and I really enjoyed the music aspect of it. The general hippy-type arm-waving henna-covered tie-dyed nonsense? Well. It's all a load of b*llocks isn't it, but it comes with the territory. It's still fun though, IMHO. I confirm that I am a grumpy old so and so, massively intolerant and I generally hate the general public. I also wear glasses. They have plastic frames.
Are they made of badly moulded pink plastic? I think my daughter might have the same frames on her sunglasses.
Haha, misread on my part, in that case just tell them? Unless of course you sent this message to the people doing it and just thought you might as well copy it here as well, in which case fair enough.
A have a pair from Disney world at home. They have three different flashing light settings. That is all.......
Nope - just a plain old rant, of the shouting at the wind variety, which helps me to restrain myself and prevent turning friends into ex-friends.
I'll stick to Bloodstock thanks! I understand people wanting to go to a festival for the experience of going to a festival (Because there really isn't much like it), but the notion that Glastonbury is the be-all and end-all of festivals is a ridiculous one at best. Plenty of festivals around that don't turn into quagmires as if the organisers are trying to see how many people they can drown in one sitting..
Haha. They're Oakley frames. I'm not a hipster. (That's what I tell myself over and over again to help me sleep). I also have a wire-framed pair of specs - I like glasses. I do, however, usually wear my contact lenses!
Proud old bunch of grumps we are Probably less of the buggers for some of us though.........too much?
Especially when they are not even no1 anymore : http://www.dailymail.co.uk/travel/a...al-How-Budapest-stole-Glastonburys-crown.html
I wanted to go to glasto at one point, seemed like it'd be a good laugh dicking around and getting pissed with my mates. Then i found out how much it'd cost. I don't even like music especially. Whats wrong with a good old bit of silence?
