I need to use some clear glue to glue a piece of aluminum foil to the bottom of an acrylic cylinder. Ive heard that acrylic doesnt respond too kindly to some glues so i figure Id ask before it try something and ruin it. Any tips much appreciated.
I'd be tempted to use something like 3M spray adhesive. If you'll have a lot of surface area, tha tack doesn't need to be real high. Almost anything ought to work. Epoxy won't bond to acrylic without substantial roughening (is that a word?!?) of the surface, that's the only thing I'd watch out for.
