Go to default user?

    I *think* that there's a way that when I type into the address bar of explorer, I can go to a computer's default user or whichever one is active, I thought it was like:

    C:\Documents and Settings\$USER\Desktop

    Or something of that kind, but that doesn't work. Sorry if I'm being vague or confusing
