Afternoon all, I'm coming down to London for the Rage gig on the 6th of June at Finsbury park. I'm about to book some flights, and I'm needing some idea's of a place to stay on the Sunday night, cheap hotel preferably, as my mate that is going with me is still a student. Hotel doesn't need to be near Finsbury park, but preferably within easy reach, but the underground etc.. Will more than likely be flying into Stansted, so will get the train to Liverpool street, so anywhere round there, there is a possibly we could fly into Gatwick, so could get the train/underground from there into the city centre, but any suggestions are more than welcome! Will be booking flights this week, as they are relatively cheap just now! So all recommendations are welcome
Can we please have a Bit-tech meet pre RAGE? T'would be nice. There are some fairly decent hostels around Victoria, but i guess they'll fill up/be full up very quickly..
Yeah would be good... I think I'd rather avoid the hostels, got nothing against them, but my guess is they will be rather full for then now, so will probably have more chance with hotel, also can get a decent nights sleep after the gig as well! I'm more than likely going to be smashed, but a decent bed is always good
There's travelodges around too (one by old street, one at russell sq) all offing rooms from around £29 a night if you time it right! Will be a bit closer than victoria
