Agreed - Knight Lore was indeed a rather splendid game :)

    NE1 Remember 'Trap-Door'?

A rather tasty game based on the TV series of the same name?

    Dont you Open that Trapdoooooooor,
    'Cos there's something down there......

    That game was the bollox:rock:

Newzealand Story (Amiga) was one of the coolest games ive played. and when you look at the intro you can see one of the kiwi's smoking before they get kidnapped by the walruss

back in the days before mary whitehouse banned 'round the bend' :waah:

    -ƒlamika

Edit: toejam and earl (sega) is a pretty groovy and strange game

    cool spot,
    super mario 3,
    sonic spinball,
    super hang-on,
    columns,
    nobody mentioned TETRIS yet!?

So many great games, such an ill-spent childhood...

Never played Toejam and Earl. Assuming it was along the same lines as Earthworm Jim humour-wise?

Also, Theme Park ruled when I first got it... as did SKITCHIN'. Anyone heard of that one? A game where you race on roller blades, hitch rides on backs of cars, pull off tricks, and beat other racers Road Rash style (Which was another top game)

    Skitchin' was an amazing game!

    Also, a Commodore 64 classic:

    Gunship

Woohoo! That game was so hard.

and the first Super Mario was the best. Lost Levels was also good, then I'd say Super Mario 3. 2 was pants. Although you go to play as the different characters which was good.

    Columns was fantastic too.....

    Super Metroid, that was good.

Final Fantasy 6 (or 3 for some fo you) is the best.... I love that game. I still play it on my SNES.... Although it's all a little dusty.... :D

How's abouts the first Rambo game? that was cool, blasting everything with yer unlimited ammo machine-gun and the bow-arrow sub levels against the helicopter!

Anyone remember Chaos Engine as well? On amiga i think it was on? Top-down view shoot 'em up like rambo, except it was far better :)

aww come on guys... nobody else wreck dozens of joysticks playing the Summer/Winter Games (Epox) on your C64's? It was a lot better than dumping pocketfull's of quarters into the arcade versions.
