Im looking for a replacement keyboard and mouse to use. Atm i have the wireless LX710 desktop that im getting pretty tired of fooling with after a year, i can sense the lag in the wireless now and i hate replacing batteries all of the time. I like the razer copperhead mouse so im thinking about getting it, but i dont know what keyboard to go with. If you all have any suggestions plz tell me b/c i dont know what to look for. Also i dont want to spend more than 50-60 USD on this keyboard as well. thanks

I really love my Logitech G11 keyboard. It's pretty much just like the G15 without the small display. It you're not looking for anything fancy at all and go through keyboards fairly quickly, the MS Comfort Curve 2000 is wonderful on my second pc. Super-inexpensive (like $12 to 14) with decent button shortcuts, etc. Both are USB wired keyboards. If I were buying another gaming keyboard, I'd take a look at the Saitek Eclipse II as well.

I have the g15 with the razer copperhead mouse, and i love the combination. I don't actually use the extra g keys on the 1st gen. g15, but i love the media keys and the backlight. Useful for in the dark. The copperhead has a lot of adjustments that you can make, and its wired so no worries. It is a great mouse in my opinion, and i love the combination.

G11 doesn't cost $100 nor have LCD-screen. It also is wired and has media playback buttons.

If you like lots of multimedia keys and things the Logitech G15 is just about unbeatable, though the new refresh doesn't seems as good as the original. But if you just want a very responsive keyboard that will last forever may I suggest The SteelSeries 6G.

the g11 and 15 are out of my price range. Ive seen alot of posts about the eclipse that say the paint on the keys wears off in a few weeks? happen to any of you all. I found a microsoft and logitech keyboard that i will prolly like so i think ill just get it. only around 25 dollars aswell. thx
