Does such a thing exist? I'm on a pretty tight budget and am looking for a fairly good (quiet and efficient) pump for my water cooling system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

    Cheers!

I'm running a Danner Mag3. Available at most pond stores for a pretty good price...

Hydor L30 without a doubt. They retail new at around £30 but can be picked up second hand for cheaper. They push the same amount of water as an Eheim 1250 and are very quiet :D

Danner Mag3 = powerful cheap and fairly quiet
    2nd hand eheim 1250
Hydor L30s are ok not as good quality as an eheim tho
Via 1300 are powerful but have a bad rep for reliability

If you have a 3/8" tubing and don't have alota stuff for it to go through, it should do great...Be aware that you would need adapters if you have a 1/2" system, which would impeed the effectivness of the pump...

ya mag 3's are really good (so ive heard) and there pretty cheap, BUT

They take alot of maintence (so ive heard) u have to put some silicon/water proof stuff around the o ring or something cuz it leaks and stuff

but i dunno, thatrs what ive heard

id like an eheim, not very cheap though

Aqua Via 1300 for me. Very powerfull buts its a bit noisy. But it can be fixed with a simply mod. Heres the linkhttp://www.wc101.com/guides/ViaAqua/ . After this mod the pump was nearly silent

Not a problem as I was planning on using 3/8" tubing and only cooling my CPU/Video Card I think.
