I'm looking for a new CRT monitor. I found This
but is it a good buy? Any suggestions for a high resolution monitor for gaming?

At it's current bid price, yeah!

AT $99 dollars, it's still worth a look. Dig out some specs on it.. a good 22" CRT should be able to do 1600x1200 @ at least 85 Hz. If not, then forget it, as you wouldn't want to run less on such a large screen - what would be teh point?

o_O i run 1280x1024 on my 21" CRT monitor. 1600x1200 Is way too small, even on such a large monitor.

    What a waste... I run 1600x1200 on a 19" CRT and it's great

Man, 70 bucks shipping is rough. My 21" IBM P260 cost me $75 at a local surplus outlet and about 3 dollars in gas to get home. It weighs about 60 pounds. Check locally before you drop that kind of cash.

For the record, I use 1880x1440 at work on my 21" Dell CRT, and 1600x1200 at home on the IBM.

Really? It should be pin sharp at 1600x1200. If I run 1280 at work on my La Cie 21", it looks stupid! Anything less than 1600x1200 is a waste of a decent 21" monitor. You sure yours is OK? Or do you mean you just prefer it larger, but it's perfectly sharp... just a personal thing?
