I built my water cooling loop for under 200$ the biggest expense was the rad and the blocks the rest was pretty cheap
    cpu block 50
    gpu block 30
    pump 18
    tubing 10
    water wetter 7
    rad 30

total 145, thats without fans and shipping. I haven't seen a kit under 200 tho

By complete kit what do you mean? What are you actually planning on cooling? CPU, GPU, NB etc.

I suggest if you're going for water cooling you want to spend the most money you can. Cheap and water cooling don't go too well together.

I suggest you look at an Astek kit. They are mean't to be cheap but still quite good performers.

I agree - been there, did that, it buggered up :( dont waste your money. Cheap wc setup works as well as a top of the range air cooled setup and the latter is still probably cheaper. Spend the money on good kit and you will reap the rewards if done properly.

IF you're lucky, that is, I've seen watercooled systems that perform far worse than a decent air cooled system.

save up some money and go all out, if that aint an option buy what you can get in the first place and then expand on it.
