"Many customers are buying one for each side of the bed" best part right there lol.

Yeah, America is pretty gun crazy at times, but I'd rather be able to own a gun than being shot because only criminals and cops have them (ie australia)

I'm so glad the UK isn't like that.

I know we have shootings occasionally and that the bad guys have them, but really its such a rare occurance that I'm quite happy walking home in the dark late at night in the knowledge that the most I'm going to have to contend with is some 15 year old chav who wants to nick my watch. Stand up to them and they get scared and piss off. If they had easy access to a gun, it would be madness.

Is that for real? The website has more grammar and spelling mistakes than one of those Nigerian e-mail scams. Made by rednecks for rednecks, no doubt.

    Two things:
1)I've used shotguns before and you do have to be good at aiming as with any weapon if you cant aim good don't use it.
2)The spread depends on two things, the distance and what choke you have fitted.

    'A thinking person'
    That is stupid.

Considering the difference in gun crime i would rather be in Australia and have a smaller supply of firearms for anyone (no matter the use) also you can actually own a gun we just dont like giving them to people with no reason\mental problems

That wouldn't look out of place in some contemporary art gallery. Arty dude: ''Um yeah man, the leithal gun juxtuposed with the soft inviting bed symbolises the relationship America has with guns''.

Ok, so you have a gun in full view by your bed. Chances are that the burglar will see it before you wake up. Works a bit against it's intentions then, doesn't it?

Also, i would guess that metal rail would be a bit uncomfortable under the top mattress.

when dad had to give up a 1920's 11 shot semi-auto .22 rifle, thats a bit above ass-holish. That gun was a family heirloom and worth a pretty penny.

And the guns you can own in Australia? single/double barrel shotgun, bolt-action rifle with max 5 round clip with a caliber no higher than 30-03. If you want a gun better than that, you've got to go through federal gun checks, licenses, and usually have to live in the outback and work as a game warden.

How the hell are you supposed to kill a diseased wombat in the back yard with a pea-shooter .22?

Now I don't condone the need/use of machine guns, smgs, assault rifles, barretts, desert-eagles and the like in the US..there's no need for them, but an F***ing .22 semi-auto? what else are you supposed to use against rabbits/small game :wallbash:

Very true. A "thinking person" doesn't walk out his front door in the early morning and leave it open for a criminal to get in. A "thinking person" doesn't leave any huge weak spots in his house so a criminal can break in unnoticed. A "thinking person" sets things up so that in the time between a noticed entry (preferably requiring dynamite or some other large force) and a face-to-face confrontation, they have plenty of time to get to the gun locker, grab a firearm, and remove the trigger lock. Or, possibly, grab their katana.

Or, of course, a "thinking person" would get an intellectual job that pays decently, and move out of the ghetto.
