Just calculating how far it was to move from my old house to my current family home, and came across this. By car the journey is 330miles by foot a staggering 1064miles, involving multiple ferries and leaving the country! I know its in Beta still, but come on!
pretty sure that's defiantly the shortest route, although I think going via Holland would cut some of the mileage down. lol!
I thought it was being a bit mental when it estimated 3 days to get from deepest Lancashire down to Keston in Kent! The driving directions used to be the same to be fair, but they turned out ok.
To get anywhere by walking, get a map and draw a straight line between your starting position and your destination. If you have to deviate from this line at all you are a failure as a walker.
Just make sure you have a crowbar, nothing will stand in your way. Oh.. and plenty of business cards. They come in handy for giving address to send the bills too.
That''s cheap. Just shoot a portal at the top of building and the ground you're standing on. Rinse repeat. you're there. Would be awesome to have that device, although the look before you leap saying would definintively apply more.
Ha, you'll probably find that's the way that results in the least amount of actual walking believe it or not. Thanks to that rather obscure route you've moved a good chunk up the coast without really walking anywhere
Wexford?! Is there even a ferry port at Wexford? I wouldn't know, I've never been farther south than Dublin
Google should tell you to swim, or have a super hero version where you can use powers such as flying or leaping to get there.
