From what I've heard and read they still have no solution to the massive input lag streamed gaming suffers from. No surprise there, then.
In theory, it's a solved problem - if given enough bandwidth and computational horsepower, anyway. Can't see Microsoft licensing it to Google to make the thing competing against Project xCloud better, mind you...
