I copied and pasted my post from the market place. I am trying to set up a Galaxy Tab A (2016) that was kindly given to me by big-elf and google have effectively bricked it. I am using the same account as on my phone and old tablet. Got to then end and now says google assistant isn't available for this account. Gone onto pc and searched, says go to admin link. Did that won't let me log in with that account says not admin. And now I am getting a pissing email from google telling me to " Hi Gary, A better Android experience is waiting Take one minute to set up your Galaxy Tab A (2016) with Google " Google are a rancid piece of ****. I can't factory reset it with buttons on the side, it just powers up to set up screen.
Try it again. My Google account showed that it was still signed in even though I removed it before the reset. I've now signed out so it might work now.
