Well im an amature at this photography lark but i have to say im getting better and better at this thing. I've been taking lots of pics of computer hardware for varias reasons and this is my latest one. Im very impressed with the way that its turned out, its amazing http://www.empty.eclipse.co.uk/Stuff/OCZ 004.jpg People on standard 512 about a minute people on 1meg about 30 second s people in halls with crappy restrictions that allow them to download at nearly 200kb/sec when ppl go home 5-10 seconds hehe morgan.
It wasn't exactly DSL friendly either!!! That was like being in some sci-fi film where some mad scientist shrunk me right down, and I was forced to escape through his computer... which had a DFI Lanparty and some OCZ RAM fitted.... or something like that... maybe I've had too much coffee this morning. You like photography? Check out my site here, although you won't find any computer parts on there.
can u change the title to 1mb cable unfriendly. it took a good 30 secconds to fully load. its a really nice piccie tho
yeah seriously.... you shouldn't have to scroll to see things on 1920x1200 and it shouldn't take me almost a minute to download a picture
Nice pic I first thought it was Enhanced with Adobe(tm) Photoshop(tm) Software, but then I noticed it's actually a reflection that is a bit warped. Pookeyhead, on your site, I first read "David Gregory, Pornography" instaed of photography. I blame my eyes.
Had a little play: 1/3rd of the size, sharpened and levels adjusted. Have a look at some of the Photoshop tutorials online, they make a hell of a difference! Nice pic btw. Did you use a tripod?
yeah a tiny one i'll take a piccy of it later to show you its from jessops called mini tripod i think about £20 new. i'll change the image to a link, its not that big though i can do worse hehe mwuhahaha and on my 512 connection i uploaded it at 60kb and then it was downloading at 150Kbs didn't take that long about 10 seconds hehe morgan.
Yes, but its harder to view a larger picture, expecially when you have to scroll to see it all. Plus, Fly's only took about 1/2 seconds.
the whole point was the size and detail of the image plus its my new desktop background hehe i got some ore amazing images of hardware but i will leave em for another day as there well over a meg each and i know how in patient you ppl are. morgan.
There needs to be a notice advertising flys *mod* waited 20 mins for the thing to dl (only on dial up atm ) then scrolled down only to notice a nice little cropped and resized image Looks good inspired me to get the digi cam out and take some snaps tomorrow!
Well, MDK, it only takes practice to get good at photo. As with Pookey, I have my own photo site here: http://mikeandersonphotos.cjb.net and my deviant art site here: http://xburningmikex.deviantart.com You've got potential, just believe both me and Pookey. Most photographers don't make squat.
Not trying to make money am just taking pictures of hardware for certain reasons and that happend to be the nicest one i've taken. I will post some more if you like hehe morgan
can't believe no one has asked what camera is it? nice pic though, detail and focus is pretty impressive
was that the link at the top or Flys image that opened instantly? Just sorting out another image that will answer the camera question morgan.
