you'll find that most, if not all, sleeping tablets have a warning, 'may cause drowsiness'

They have these small packs of different candies, mostly chocolate like coffee crisp and reeses and small such. Anyway, on a package of peanut M&M's it has a largish warning on the front saying "CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN PEANUTS," on the back, it had a large warning "ALLERGY ALERT: MAY CONTAIN NUTS," also on the back was the same small warning label as on the front, and a couple other warning's were put into the fine print.

All that on a package that has the word PEANUT stamped in huge letters across the front... Now thats sad.

[EDIT]Here, I can top your milk:

So, what do you expect to see on a 2.27kg bag of peanuts?

Why, a warning label warning me that there may be nuts inside! :wallbash: [/EDIT]

Found me lil' list, some are funny, some aren't really...

Insect Spray-not for use on animals
Blanket-Not to be used as protection in tornado
Chainsaw-Do not attempt to stop blade with hand or genitals
    Kite-Face wind and throw up!
Beans-Open top and stand in boiling water for 10 minutes
    Soap-Use like regular soap
Bread pudding-warning, product will be hot after heating
Superman outfit-Suit doesn't enable wearer to fly
Paint stripper heat gun-Not to be used as a hairdryer
Raisins-Why not try tossing over cereal?
    Iron-Don't iron clothes on body
    Knife-Warning, keep out of children

Some may take a bit of thinking if you don't get them...

I hate to be the voice of obvious reason, but it's because of the American attitude, tbqh, that we have all these.

So I'm allergic to peanuts. Nothing serious, I don't die or anything, I just swell up a bit and go beet-looking for a few days. So, I go out and buy a bag of peanuts, and willingly eat one, knowing I'm allergic to them. Blam-o. I put on a huge show, cry a little, claim lost wages and pain and suffering, there's a million dollars from that particular peanut company in my pocket. It's all just lawsuit-proofing imo.

They removed it, but on Peanut M&Ms it used to say "May Contain Peanuts". It still says it on the Regular M&Ms thou.

I like it how sometimes cooking insructions on the back of a box/packet sometimes say things like "to prepare with less butter, decrease the amount of butter used"

my dad has some speakers that weigh 200lb a piece,a re over 6ft tall, and are 4-way (ie all 4 sides)
theyre not for wall mounting according to the documentation

edit: ive seen "do not eat" on the side of a printer cartridge as well, it amazes me the types of things the put this warning on

Who the heck would be dumb enough to do that... then again.. reminds me of the darwin awards.

I cant access the site from work but somebody did something similar.

An individual needed to remove his muffler but did not have a saw to do it. So, as any "sane" person would do, he grabbed his shotgun. The shell ricocheted off the metal and removed his manhood. I'm glad he can no longer have children.

The "serving suggestion" line is required (by trading standards?) on any picture which shows items not supplied in the package.

I did get a "last word" thing printed in New Scientist once:

My GF at the time gave me a "forever friends" soft toy bear (aaaaaaah)

It had a label which read : "Remove clothes before giving to a child under 3".
    Now that's just disturbing

Cause they are made in the same factory so you might get cross-contamination.
