From a GTX 275 there is little you could upgrade to, the cost for any extra permormance you may get may not be worth it.

If you wish to stick with nvidia, then just wait for fermi with what will be on release a large price tag.
If your unable to wait for fermi, then the only worth while upgrade would likely be to ATi's 5x00 series which boats DX11 support.

What resolution are you running your games at, as I have a GTX285 that run all my games at max settings at resolutions starting from 1920x1080 up to 5760x1080(tri screen) without any issues or massive framerate drops.

Question then becomes, do you want to pay the premium for being an early adopter?

but yea wait till FERMI because if it's good prices on ati will drop or you can try to be an early adoptor of FERMI.

If you got the upgrade bug (and the money) would an SSD not offer more of a performance boost? Won't see much upgrading from a 275 at the moment.

    To the OP:

If you're desperate to spend money rather than wait for Fermi, I'd simply buy another GTX 275 and go SLI. Your system is perfectly set up to take advantage of it and the performance benefit will be huge (I speak from experience).

I'd personally wait for Fermi though!

Originally I was going to do that get another one and sli them but then scan stopped selling that model.
I know they dont have to be exactly the same but that just made me think I may as well wait.
I've already got a sli system so I could get another 275 later and put them in that one
