Hi, I have just built myself a i7 rig with a Asus P6TD Deluxe....Chucked in a Sapphire HD5770 and it has kinda blocked all my PCI slots now.... What kinda performance differences will I get putting the graphics card in the 2nd PCI-16 slot? Anyone experienced this? Cheers
the 2 blue PCI-E are both 16x so there is no performance difference with the two, but the white third one is alot slower.
Thanks Otis, My board has a blue a white and a black PCI-E slot however. I think as you said, that putting it in the other PCI-E 16x, hopefully, should not cause any differences to performance.....
yeah sorry i was going by my SE version... but yeah, you should have no problem with the second 16x slot
