Guys I'm looking at getting into illustration/ digital painting, but I'd like some advice on buying a tablet.

    I've got a 27" iMac and a 13" Macbook, and I was looking at a more beginner/budget tablet.

Now I could either get this, which would be too small for my iMac and I'd have to use with my small macbook but its cheaper:

Or this bigger sized tablet and be able to use with my big mac but is £100 dearer (and potentially lose more money if I gave up on it):

Any other thoughts/suggestions from experienced wacom users?

Get the Bamboo Fun at £50 to test the waters. You can use it on big screens, it just means movements need to be smaller - but you'll never be drawing at 1:1 unless you buy a Cintiq anyway.

Tablet size is personal preference anyway.

Yeah, I see the sense in going for the smaller tablet, my girlfriend also says the same. It's a tough one, I really wanna try them both out lol, plus both tablets have great reviews.
