No support for Anti-Aliasing? Is that beause of the inherent HDR or some other reason?

i wonder if leaving out the AA to do the HDR is at nvidia's request? is it a nvidia affiliated game at all? or maybe its something to do with microsoft not wanting it to look as good on the pc vs. the xbox360 version.

I think it's related to the latter - I can't remember the technical details but, AFAIK, it's something to do with a technique they've used for lighting and shadowing.

I wonder if this will be StarForce-free too? That would be most excellent: it would mean I could actually play the game. :D

Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly does it mean when a game goes 'gold'? i've seen the term many times but never realised what it meant :)

Gold means that the game is 'finished' or 'code-complete' and they've sent the master disk off for manufacturing/production.
