    It's not that we need more members, it's just that the inactive members need a rocket up their jumper.

    Hmm. I agree with that as well. our team is at ~17% active, Tons of people on the rolls.. but not much else going on.

    Over at [H] we have "D to XXX" Threads.. for gaining more computers, OC'ing exsisting computers.. Total Ghz trying to reach, working on a second big contest, we just did some case badges (in the past they did a Tshirt)..

    Also trying to spur ideas for desktop wallpaper, i know OCAU (our primary competition) has "races" to 10k etc for new folders, lots of different fun things to do

    as well as "badges" with your name and rank (the thing with the H's) or for OCAU they have Avatar images for their benchmark rank's

    10,000 club 50,000 club, etc
    EDIT: Those things help keep some people around longer it seems..
