I've had one for a while... very nice - quite macish. The light increases in intensity as you turn the volume up. They're really well built and you'd probably struggle to make something with as nice an action. They are expensive for what they are though. Gordy's right the silver one is the nicest jSj
Not much to be honest bit of an impluse purchase... went something alone the lines of... 'oooh it's shiney, and has a blue pulsating light.... must have...'
I use mine as a very expensive volume control knob I press down for mute and twist for volume up/down. I don't use it for much else really
