Windows GTA IV, how do you join internet games?

I have taken a wander around liberty city even been on a bowling date


How do I go online and join multi player maps and have shoot outs, I tried the mobile phone, pick multi player, but I just go to a lobby which I seemed to have created.

How do you get a server list up with ping times etc?

Invite players to the game or join a public game.



thats my question,how do you get a browse list of servers or games?
