Yea i'd like to know too as on the videos the suspension looks a little washy, alot of roll on the cars ? Would be interesting to know if they went down the realism route.
Was very lucky myself, went to my Local Tesco who had 22 copies on Xbox, and only 4 on PS3. I was 17th in line for the xbox, blimey that was close, maybe too close for comfort. So far, im loving the game, it was a little weird at first, but i'm loving it, woo. Sam
The driving is alright... As suspected, the suspension is pretty wacky so it's easy to rolls stuff if you're not careful. What I do kinda love/hate is the new brake/handbrake system. It's far more realistic in the sense that you can't go sliding round each corner. If you're not super conservative on the handbrake, you'll just 180 the car and the brake kills all maneuverability so I'm gonna need a lot of practice. I've noticed a couple of bugs so far but nothing to write home about.
Got my copy last night, im not really one for the hype and hysteria of new games, and just thought as i was up, and bored, id see if i could get one. Popped to my closest 24hr tesco, no copies, but some helpful policemen inside told me where there were a fabled six left for the xbox360, at the tescos in hucknall, confirmed again by a nice fellow in a chav'd corsa outside, got my copy no problem Im undecided as waht to think so far!
i got mine this morning in tesco still a few left in my local store, but then again it was not open last night, i tried to se eif get one last night but i hadnt preordered and locak xtravison(blockbuster to u mainland folks) were only open for pre orders bu they were givin out free drinks. Game was qued out and since i had work the next day i decided go home and chance it in morning any bingo tesco has it for 44.17£ expensive in my opiniion but i think hype got me.
Probably gonna spend money I don't really have to see if I can't grab this for the 360. Tempted to use my lunch break tonight to see if I can't grab a copy at the Wal-Mart down the street =p.
Well from my jaunt to asda last night I got the 18th copy they sold for the 360. Gotta agree with acron^ I'm very impressed, the cars handle so much more realistically now and everything is so shiny!!!
My copy just arrived, while the driving is more realistic, it's not gone down the simulation route. And while the city looks completely different, I do notice that it seems to be roughly the same layout, just bigger.
I hope the postie dumped my SE round the back off the house, or i'll have a trip to the sorting office tonight or tomorrow!

oh I hate you all and mostly Microsoft I have my copy and acording to UPS tracking my 360 has arrived at the repair centre. I hope they dont take their time repairing it lol I need it now
Just had about an hour, so far so good. The driving seems much better. Graphics too, obviously. The main thing that grabbed me was the driving and the physics. Can't wait to get home and play more!
Game buggered me over, I wanted the limited edition but their manager bullshitted that the limited editions were for online only. Either way I brought a normal copy, but alas I thought I had tomorrow off but it seems those plans have changed :-(
