mini-itx.com - projects - gta pc I don't know how limited edition and worth money these would be but its cool i guess and certainly different
That really is a very cool idea for a case mod. I love it when people do stuff like this, and shoehorn PCs into things you wouldnt expect people to!
More impressive (before the Pico-ITX) was the Windows XP box. The GTA4 box looks like it would fit a proper mATX board in.
So long as it plays GTA, as in the first one, then all is right and well in the world Pretty cool, though, considering the size, not much actual shoehorning >.>
Well, I meant shoehorning in the loosest sense of the word; more along the lines of "What the hell can I put PC components into now?! OOhhhh - where's the dog!"
that is sweet!!! i've turned my GTA:IV safety deposit box in to a Dust Magnet. i'll produce a "how to" guide if anyone wants to do the same.
nice one n00bie one for the post counts i guess:| if your sadly deluded and believe a pc that isn't enclosed in a small metal case doesn't gather dust then your going to be badly disappointed... as for "safety deposit box" who in gods name would be using one of these for that anyway... if that isn't tacky idk what is...
I know someone who initially said they'd use it for storing money.. I think they changed their mind slightly when they saw it. Still puts his assorted keys in there though.. Oh man. That reminds me of the deer and beaver case mods someone did..
lol why... its hardly reallllly designed for money and at that price i doubt it'd be very secure lol its abit sad
By "Dust Magnet" i meant "unused". I put my unused controlers and cables in it, was thinking of putting the family jewels in but you have to question its security credentials. Great idea for a mod tho! He set a business doing it, i'd send mine off!
its completely pointless tbh.and the whole collectors box set is... the soundtrack isn't the full soundtrack like with the previous vice city ost... the bag:S again sad and screams geek if you used it so unless you really were a collector its utterly pointless and such a waste of money.and seeing as everyone that seems to purchase these collectors editions actually uses them means they've more chance of getting damaged etc thus loosing value. IF I was to get one it'd be to put away for value... usually the point in limited/collectors editions isn't it. yeah there's a "cool" factor to having labeled merchandise stamped with logo's of your favorite company's/producers but when its limited edition I think it's such a waste compared to the value they could have in the future because if your buying them to actually use them when you think of the cost you paid just for a logo on them its such a waste of money... where as if you were putting them away for value it'd be worth it having one off limited editions of things etc
That bag is now my bike cleaning kit bag. It's full of grease, cleaning fluid, brushes, chain cleaner etc etc. Out of the lot it definitely gets the most use. The safety box holds my currently played games (the ones that I'm currently using used to just lay around my desk. Now they actually live somewhere ) The art book was cool, but seriously not enough content. Especially for the price. I wanted a lot more. The CD was shite. I listened to about 10 seconds of each track and go bored.
should of been a actual soundtrack rather than a sample for that money. so many tracks that should have been on there that were central to the game. should of been a complete ost like vice city was
