It is a mess in that picture but not too bad overall...I'd never heard of it until I stumbled across one.
Lotus Europa is correct. Extra point to VadimWolf for same pic cheesecake. It came close to being my first car, as a neighbour offered to sell me his in the mid 70's. Unfortunately, I was only 9 and had already spent that weeks pocket money (Asking price was 25p!)
The headlight pod looking area and the tiny hood scoop looks like something Facel Vega would have done.
I thought Hotchkiss merged with Delahaye before this. Hotchkiss made driveline parts and military tings. john
