Yep that's it. Do a Google image sear on "Grecav EKE" and you can see the Ute and the "van". The clamshell lift up topper thing is pretty cool. It will haul 1.1 cubic meters of cargo. Not rapidly mind you since it's limited by law to less than 45 kph. My 12.5 hp offroad go kart can go that fast.
The next car. I saw one of these for sale recently in black and was very tempted. I can't wait until they come down in price. This one's yellow because it was the only one I could find that I'm sure has a standard exhaust, and I wanted to show that section in the snip.
Yarr. RenaultSport Clio 182 (possibly the Cup version). Lovely, mad French hot-hatch that Peugeot have forgotten how to make.
Well, this thing looks strikingly similar to the unique Nardi Bisiluro (meaning ‘twin torpedo’) Damolnar (aka Nardi 750 LM) which was entered in the 1955 Le Mans and retired a mere 3 hours into the race. Apparently, the car currently resides at the Da Vinci Museum in Milan. Now, what I don’t get is where the ‘61’ racing numbers are. Is it a replica or am I simply wrong about the car being the famous Nardi?
Thanks! I was aware of the Nardi article on that site but was too lazy to scour it in search of pictures. Here’s the one John used. So… if it’s cool to post one-offs, how about a ‘two-off’? The base model is actually more popular than you might initially think:
The hatchback looks like a Nissan Micra, and someone said the top one was japanese, look's like a Skyline to me EDIT: Wooops, wrong page
Sometimes you need to look at things from the right angle: Just for clarification, the car I labelled ‘base model’ is not exactly a variant of the mystery car. Instead it's a ‘regular’ product which – to my eye at least – seems to utilize certain design ideas from the ‘mystery car’ which was conceived a year earlier and destined to remain a mere prototype.
I'm still waiting for more people to join in. I've been accused of witchcraft for winning so many so I watch. john
I have been watching the last few entries and havent commented as I dont have a clue. I prefer more modern cars.
The chrome handles and minimal chrome bumpers and the shape looks Japanese like Z car or Toyota GT Mid 1970s
The answer is simpler than that, actually. Think of something that never happened to the other fellow.
