    Not a Stratos, it looks bigger and taller than that. Probably with a boring engine too, judging by the exhaust size.

    It's a 1968 Saab Sonett V4 (based on the II model series) which isn't a particularly big car. :)

    EDIT 1: Here's the original pic.

    EDIT 2: I know what you guys are thinking but the next car's obscurity level is roughly comparable to that of the Sonett V4:

    It's yet another model I had to identify myself (on the basis of this particular picture) by the way. Before you choose to ignore it (as you did with my previous entry whose identity no one seems to be interested in) PLEASE ask for hints, OK?

    it has a 70's italian feel to me, the square lights a little odd is it a import?

    1/4 mile : 15.5 seconds

    10 or so made, i cant find a positive figure, but reports say under 10 were made

    here's a little hint it's not ifa and it has a British Anzan 2 cylinder engine with 300cc and 15hp
