Bingo! We have a winner! I knew the plane would throw people off. If you ever go on holiday to or near Vegas, you can visit the location which sits on an old gold mine. OH MAN this was a really good one - congrats @stephen0205 ! It's good because it could be so many 80s sci-fi movies... I had thought Robocop, or Robocop II, but nope... This is from Short Circuit, near the start of the movie when they have lost Number 5 and are trying to locate him.
Damn! That was on my list due to Steve but I couldn't for the life of me recall them using any of that tech in the film! Well played, Mr Rhys.
