Bingo! We have a winner! I knew the plane would throw people off. If you ever go on holiday to or near Vegas, you can visit the location which sits on an old gold mine. You get a horse trail tour of the old miner tin shacks, inside one of the mines, there's a huge collection of old cars and planes and there's a visitor's centre and small "town" that's been built almost entirely from reclaimed wood. https://www.eldoradocanyonminetours.com/index.html
Hackers Edit: actually I think @liratheal is right. Damn, you guys are something else. I thought my movie knowledge was good.
I wasn't thinking either of those. More the Wargames sort of time. Looks like Steve Guttenberg in the reflection, but I struggle to think of anything he might have been in of that ilk. DARYL? Or similar....? Edit: Although the chap on the right could indeed be the Running Man host....
I'm revising my 80% to 99% certain that it's not The Running Man. Not that I watched it to check or anything.
OH MAN this was a really good one - congrats @stephen0205 ! It's good because it could be so many 80s sci-fi movies... I had thought Robocop, or Robocop II, but nope... This is from Short Circuit, near the start of the movie when they have lost Number 5 and are trying to locate him.
Damn! That was on my list due to Steve but I couldn't for the life of me recall them using any of that tech in the film! Well played, Mr Rhys.
Brilliant spot! The face was bugging me and just like that, Steve Guttenberg as soon as you gave the film!
Thanks gents. I have seen that film many, many times, and I knew I recognised the scene, but took me a while to figure it out. Let's see how this one fares...
