Hi ok Saitek 1 Eclipse Keyboard Broken if i hit 'B' Then 5 comes up if i hit 'n' number 6 comes up and if i hit '/' '-' comes up its most definately water damage as i managed to (in an intoxicaded state) knock over a beer on it, left it upside down to dry out but it was too late. I was thinking about maybe taking the circuit board out and submerging it in White Spirit, thought that could fix it Ideas?
ummmmm the only thing i can suggest is to unplug it and leave it in an airing cupboard for a couple days then try it again. if that doesnt work youll probably need to buy a new keyboard.
Ill try that then if it still doesnt work might as well douse it in white spirit as a last ditch attempt, its only 30 quid for a nice replacement but , Hopefully white spirit would take the salts left behind out
