I somehow got the feeling I missed something squirrel-related when I was reading the thread :hehe:

I'm glad you had some information about TribalOverkill (or Charles whatever :D) and yes, hopefully everything is good with him.

Have you noticed that there have been a lot of "blasts from the past" lately? I just replied to a project log start by Ediejo and La carotte d l'o has also made a comeback.

Now if Modsquad would come and finish the Black Rain & Copperhead and Piloux would come out of the woodworks to fabricate a HL3 mod to light a smoke under Valves arse, it would be a time to remember. Franklin, Zapwizard, Craigbru, G-Gnome, Cyprio, Top Nurse and Greensabbath are also names that pop into mind. Oh well, old school like the old fool as they say :hehe:

What's next on your agenda now that GwassGween is pretty much finished?

And to think that Cheaps sponsors have got 3+ years of advertising for a little investment!

Excellent job Cheap's I'm looking forward to the next GG project.

    Thanks.:D
@Darkened - Of those, I know Craig is on SmallFormFactorReview, and he finished a rig a while back. We had him as a guest on TheModZoo podcast not too long ago. The others are dormant as far as I know.
My agenda is mostly cleanup at the moment. I did the Intel NUC project not too long ago, and I started cutting a passive heatsink plate for it a few days ago. The power has been dicey here lately, so I haven't had a chance to do the final marathon cut.

    RIP June 2009 - October 2013

I have better pics, I have worse pics. I have pics in action poses. This is set one: The good light / bad backdrop set.

So... How do you get a well-lit object without a reflection of the light source?

It reflects on itself too? Man! What a pain. I'm swearing off shiny plastic for the next few projects at least.

No clue where my reflection is. Am I a proper vampire now? Can anyone see the naked man with a camera?
Edit: The software migration mangled links. Posting again.

The rest of the dropped links are in the album here. (Actually not. there seems to be a lot of lost files.)

That's IT... until I FIND the rest of the pics I took. I'm short about 200.

Thanks one more time to my sponsors:

    Finished?! NO WAY!:D

    FINALLY !!!!! :D

    (joking of course)

Cheaps, a truly beautiful acrylic monument of modding. I remember those "ancient" days when you showed the sketchups of this, even on those drawings its looked like it going to be huge serious build. Now we can all see how the acrylic mod needs to be done!
Seriously a lot of work done on this, I know you have special feelings to acrylic and this definitely shows:thumb:
Beautiful design, structure, composition of different shapes makes it all "work" together.
To make it short - sweet build, man:thumb:

EDIT: you know what? I don't know what it is, but when I'm looking at those latest photos I feel... calm and.. good:) I guess I could stare at it for hours standing next to it and watching how it simply works.

    Thanks.:D
@Phinix - I has it's own meditation waterfall built in too.
@The Crapman - If I don't get in this one I'm gonna have a stroke or something. 4 years ought to be worth something.
@Boorach - I got it tall enough that no one's gonna put their pis-sketty on it.

Very very nice,i dont really like acrylic cases but this one....this one.....so very nice...

Acrylic tubings? You know you want too........

I would say this is potential MOTY work, just my opinion tho.

    Bravo! Bravo!

Not for the case though. For the fact that it's finished. :hehe:

Just kidding. It's fantastic. So clean without a cable in sight and much goodness to look at. I cant remember if you have some lighting in there, if you have I await the night shots. Should look incredible.

    Charles Foster approves. :thumb:
