All right - I'm outside with the saw and the sanding machine. Working on the patio but I have to hurry and do the yard too:

A Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Thursday evening
    through Saturday morning.

A chance of mixed snow and rain is expected for much of Thursday
night... before changing over to snow by early Friday morning.
Heavy snow is possible over the urban corridor... Palmer Ridge...
and western Weld County on Friday... continuing into Saturday
morning. Possible accumulations could range from 10 to 20 inches
of heavy wet snow. Strong north northeast winds of 15 to 35 mph
are also expected late Thursday night into Saturday morning.

    doesn't bode well.

I don't know where to put my efforts for the last couple days and most likely a couple more. I got fed up with being trapped in one room and so I've been working on the inside of my tack room to move the modding effort out there. A couple years ago we had all new wiring installed from the pole outside into a new service(the box with the circuit breakers). I paid some extra(understatement) increase the available circuits. We did a new furnace, central air conditioning and split a lot of the interior circuits for reliability. I also ended up with 2 50 amp circuits available for future growth. One of those circuits I reserved for my external tack room. I had Hearland Industries build the shell of the 8' x 12' building without windows or adornments.
I planned to finish the rest as a "man cave" retreat for me.

So I got up off my whiny butt and started finishing the interior. Doing the pre-wiring, insulatining the walls, sheetrocking the walls, etc. I found a cheap place for 2nd hand kitchen cabinets.

I have a bunch of pictures from this afternoon but don't know wether to start a new thread somewhere or put them here.

    What do you guys suggest?

Well, put'em here. Since this -somewhat- affects the current project, why not? ;)

The stock photo lacks the witch feet sticking out of the bottom.:D You need decorations, and nothing says, 'man cave' like a keg table.

There are some places I won't go. A 'manhole' is one of them.

Real Life, being married, and husband responsibilities have to take priorities over the modding endeavor.

Soon an update if I can get outside to paint. Doesn't look good for the weekend. But this is Colorado - weather forecasts change within hours.
