Whats your guys take on it? seems the videos are from late last year, has there been a credible explanation for the sounds ans vibrations yet?

 

ok so apparently its HARRP... A possible new weapon been tested.
Its a way of controlling weather i think, still in early testing.

HAARP does exist, US gov don't deny it. just what it can do is unclear and been speculated

 

A few years ago I would have read into this a lot. Now I just don't care. Is that bad?

 

Its apparently why all the birds suddenly dropped out the sky in the usa last year and maybe recent floods east Asia.

Not sure what to believe at the moment really but looking into it.

Why not? HAARP signs have been spotted on videos just before such events happened....
HAARP depending on what its been assigned to change to target can create visuals similar northern lights

But you cant tell me something that can make clouds do what there doing in the videos above cannot also make waves?

Looks like Sweden and Russia have there own versions of HAARP but not on the same scale, Russians been the oldest but possibly abandoned, it look like the site has not been used for years.

The video from the History channel was my favorite, the little model they had was a riot. It successfully proved a few mysteries of the world:
-Radio waves can heat air and water.
-Heated air rises.
-Water evaporates when heated.

Funny, I noticed the last two just this morning when the sun came out and the fog lifted. The first is the entire premise of HAARP and the entire discussion would be moot without it.

The claims of being able to change the weather are at first believable, but they're missing the critical aspect of proof. Upper levels of the atmosphere lift, lower levels lift to fill the void, jet stream ends up lifted along with, weather changes as a result. Sounds possible. So does it really happen? And are these weather changes actually the cause of the events seen in the other videos? Simply saying you've seen some funny weather soon after HAARP was active is not proof.

Specific questions which would need to be answered:
-Does heating the ionosphere cause changes in the altitude of other atmospheric zones?
-Does this heating change the alititude of the polar jet stream? Specifically, HAARP is targeted at a specific spot above Alaska which the polar jet stream may not even pass by at any given time of testing. For any given test you'd need to prove that it's not only possible to lift the polar jet stream but also that it was lifted.
-Assuming you've proven the above, did this lift cause a change in weather at the location in question? It's possible that the polar jet stream wasn't passing anywhere near the site of odd weather at the time, that the polar jet stream returned to its normal altitude after passing by the heated area, or that it altered the weather in ways which weren't related to the odd weather reports.

Times for when HAARP was activated should be available through them and a wealth of atmospheric information should be publicly available from NOAA, at least enough to determine the location of the jet stream at any given test date. The fact that none of this is being sought and assembled smacks of conspiracy theorists wanting to stay away from facts which may disprove thier ideas.

 

I saw that rotating horizontal cloud column video the other year, certainly impressive, but I believe it was pointed out to be weather phenonema, something to do with the currents around , in the first ones case, around a mountain or something.

That second video in your second post, "100% HAARP in action", just looks like a 'copy + paste' job. I have seen cloud similar to that, but not exactly the same formation again and again, so I'd say that's fake.

Even if it isn't a weapon/conspiracy theory, it does look quite interesting and I'll probably do some more reading on it.


After doing a minimal amount of reading, it doesn't really sound like much of a weapon. The fact that there's closeup pictures and real people talking about it says to me it most likely is just scientific research.


Surprised that northern lights looking one hasn't been dubbed as aliens. Although I bet it probably has been somewhere else on the net. And anyway, doesn't really look like northern lights to me, just looks like rainbow effects. Cloud is holding moisture, or it may just be falling, or it may be a moisture rich cloud from a chimney or something, sun happens to be in the right place, and you get rainbow effect.

End of the day, the goverments are doing crazy sh!t we will never know the whole truth about. I just like looking into this stuff.

The antenna array of HAARP will actually be used to affect the noosphere, and attempt to adjust the consciousnesses of all human beings.
The first prototype is based in Ukraine. Today we heard the HAARP prototype being tested - tomorrow the Ukranian government will create a 10km exclusion zone around Kiev, where the noise was heard.
The area inside the barrier will be completely closed off, with no supplies or people moving in or out.
After a few years people will start to break through the barrier, trying to find the secrets of HAARP.
For the first few years the searchers never return. Then, one day a person returns.
S/He brings out a mysterious object that emits a palpable field, and the finder claims to feel more active.
The object quickly goes on the black market, and is sold for many millions of dollars.


Soon other objects similar to the one found emerge, all found from Scavengers Trespassing inside the barrier.
The people that return tell of incredible Adventures, many of which were spent aLone in abandoned tunnels, fearing for their lives.
Guns start to be smuggled past the cordon, and tales of bloody battles emerge. The scavengers have become Killers almost overnight.
The tales tell of many scavengers, all of whom met their end Exploring the ruins of Kiev. Their bodies are Robbed of any guns or ammunition, due to the relative scarcity of them inside.

Worked at LAX when 9-11 happened and all flights were grounded for days. Skys sparkled, creepy silence without the sound of jets in the air.... and the temp change with no man made ice partials in the upper atmosphere from jet chem. trails.

Seeing as HAARP is a real project (albeit one that we have no idea of what it's actually doing) IF any of the information regarding the energy being targeted at the ionosphere is any way correct then it's something we should simply not be ****ing around with.
