So I was on my way home was decided to do some poking around under a bridge for some shots and decided to have a go.....its not perfect, but it was actually quite difficult. I was sweating by the time I got a good one.

All difficult shots are about 95% worth the while.

unique shot indeed, looks like your ascending to somewhere (like the blacktop on the other side of the bridge? :D ). Are the 'lit' areas around the corners all remotes or just ambient light?

    :)

    Thanks all.

There was an SB-800 on each steel support column. They were on stands just outside of the frame on the right and left. I had them zoomed to 105mm. I had the exposure at ISO100 2.5" f/3.5. I put my D200 on timer mode and hid behind the column on the left. When I saw the flashes go, I ran the center and manually triggered the SB-600 at full power when I jumped. The rest of the light was bounce or ambient.

I am still not quite sure how I got the shape of the shadow under me, but I like it.
