ph34r my 5 Mbit goodness!!!!!! MUHAWHAwHWHWHWHAWHWHA!
Well I'm £27.50/month for 1meg ADSL
Who the hell is that with, currently paying that for a 521mb line on BT. However i'm just on the edge of the 6KM range so I don't know what I could get
Now that IS value for money
heh I want 512mb!
Paying ~£22 for 512Kbps currently. I'll be upgrading to 1mb soon though
Once you eventually get connected the service is good, constant 1meg connection no probs.
Ok yeah now that would be value for money but im tired and its dark so i cant see and trying to watch dead ringers.
ok 512kbs for £27.99 on BT, is that better for you?
i wrote 521mb as well
pardon my ignorance but what is the difference between:
512K ADSL - (50:1) and 512K ADSL - (20:1) apart from the price difference of ~£7
im currently on that BT 512k, can i get a link to the 750k please?
It's an ok download speed, but what's with the stone age upload speed?
Mine is even worse.
I dunno why they give us such pathetic uploads. I'm quite happy about being upgraded to 768kB/s though
370KB/s , is pretty ok.. But thats standard in Beglium, if you have Telenet. Which is about 40€ a month.
I get up to just under 500KB/s, so about 470-480..
I was on 100Mbit at university... Now I'm on 56k...
Consider yourself lucky. I'm only 5.50km from the Exchange and I can only get 56k
Who cares about upload speed except file traders and server hosts?
awwww thats annoying
I'm with pipex 23quid a month for 512/256. What do u reckon best choice for a good (cheap) and fast upgrade for speed?
RapidPlay 1MBit (50:1) Broadband
£27.50 per month
a £58.75 activation charge will be incurred
(you will also require a broadband modem or router, which can be purchased the link at the top of our home page)
60quid to connect
I pay £20.99 for 512. Still good value, so I'll wait to upgrade yet.
I couldn't get it then they extended the range to 6km, my friend who is just round the corner can't get BT as he is just between two exchanges. So he went for NTL.
Just did a number check on the BT website and got this
Thats odd because i've got broadband. Stupid BT
