It saddens me those people exist and represent the human race. I can but hope I'll be reading about them in the next Darwin Awards and the problem will solve itself.

It's good to see the troops over in Iraq are getting some good R&R this time around. With the stuff they have go through day in and day out (Long shifts, lack of sleep, mortar attacks ect.) taking a load off and playing some video games, especially one in it's beta has to be awesome. And trust me, just because people are deployed to a Warzone doesn't mean they don't have time every once in a while to kick back. A friend of mine said they had an enitre server set up in their Day Room, which was loaded with all sorts of games (It was setup by the Soldiers).

I'm sure it's not the American Army. I have little doubt they're crazily well trained, and definetly devoted.

It's probably because the administration is so f***ed up over there that they really have nothing better to do than to relax to some video games rather than worry about getting sent out to some crazy guerilla warzone and getting hurt.

Politics aside, those guys are fighting and dying in a hostile environment. They don't make policy, they just pay for it with their own blood. They deserve a chance to feel normal again, even if only for an hour a day.

Agreeing with Snafu here, hate the people that send them out, not the people doing a job.

Well they did chose the job, knowing full well the consequences.

But yeah, if you don't like em being there blame the politicians, not the soldiers.

They chose to be a soldier, they didn't choose to be a soldier in a stupid war.

I'm not saying the war isn't stupid, but they chose to be a soldier who takes orders, even if that order is to goto a war thats got very little point, or face the consequences. America has been in many stupid wars so it's not like it's a surprise.
