/me raises both hands in the air... don't ask me why... i took off the heatsinks off my asus 8200 ti500 gf3 card (voiding the warranty) and put on thermaltake HS and a chromeorb... Guess what just died? after about 3 months working fine it has now gone so dull that i can barely see the screen... thank shyte that i still have my GF2 64GTS... (HS ripped off again... did that at the same time as the asus... ) lets hope it works... I got p***ed when I destroyed a floppy drive that didnt even cost me, or when my 13gb hd (that would have made a sweet server hd) packed up after a yr and it was a cheap 1 yr warranty when most have 3 yrs. But I do feel your sorrow, but maybe a good deal will come your way later that will make you forget.

get some pure alcohol that should sort itmight take a lot of dunking but its a bloody expensive card to just give up on i got the deluxe model for xmas and my 18th birthday. 300 quid is too expensive to throw away
