I binge drink, in fact, I pretty much only binge drink. Given that if you have about 4 pints in a night that's classed as binging. I am not, however, weak minded. Anyway, this is down to a lazy and poor work ethic IMO, not overindulgence in alcohol. Even though I've got a serious long term illness, my attitude to work and latterly uni has always been "I don't take days off" - I stick to that no matter what. If people care about their jobs, they won't skip work for things like hangovers.
Never had a day off due to hangover, had many back shifts off while i was at uni because i'd found my self in the union all day and was too drunk but never too hungover. TBH i can't rember the last time i had a "sicky" since i left uni had a couple of days ill with bad dental pain but with bad tooth ache it is very difficult to concentrate let alone work in an office environment.
Doesn't panadol do the job? At least get rid of the headache. Anyways the problem is these guys shouldn't be drinking on Sunday night or a night before work starts, it's sad really can't they wait?
I don't mind if people drink it's just not cool when they get so drunk they make stupid choices and end up getting killed. Unfortunately that has been happening a lot lately where I live. If your going to drink make arrangements to stay at a friend's house or call a cab it's not that hard. Personally though I can't stand alcohol it makes me gag at the smell and throw up if I even drink a little. I think I may have an allergy to it.
