yes, lets hope its not you, like it was in my case. every one keeps on saying how they would own them if it ever happend to them. now i was older, fitter and stronger then the guy who did it it me. but the point of happy slapping is they deliver one hugly unexpected, devistating blow, so that you cant retailate. i mean there was no way i could of had any sort of fight with my arm like it was and even if i could i would of somehow had to climb back upto where he was befor i would be able to get him, which would have meant he would be long gone. i mean if someone would hav got hold of someone who did this to them and beat the living **** out of them, word would of spread that people wont take it and the "trend" would have died out sharpish. not grown and grown like it has so far. obviously the media havent helped in this. so what we need now is for someone to beat the living **** out of some people who did it to them and i mean as in like break all thre legs and arms, but hav it right in the public spot light with the sign "this is what happens to happy slappers" and hav any case of violence brought up by the happy slappers for there ingures thrown out of court. that way people who happy slap will get the message that if they do that kind of thing they should expect no one to give a **** what happens to them as a consiquence.

But the thing was that back then there were no surfers and beach babes. it was a wilderness and you were likely to die on the way over there and then when you got there you would have wished that you were still on the boat. Just found out that my uncle was happy slapped earlier today, luckily he had his motorcycle helmet on and just got cuts and bruises. Well Kevo... I fear what my government can do but I sure don't respect them. Obedience is another story, knowing they could lock me up for just about anything, living in our stupid lawsuit-happy society. I swear if someone ever sues me for something dumb, I'll file a countersuit for "person suing me is retarded and is wasting my time" and make back twice what I pay out. its crazy! these kids need a good beating! i have got a friend who works for a council with their youth criminals and its amazing how much these kids get away with before they go to jail. some are under 16 and have over 80 offenses but still aren't in jail! one thing America has right is the three strikes and out rule (although they over do the sentencing) but thats what these scum need. also the parents are meant to be responsible so if their scum under kids get sent to jail, they loose their council flats and benefits. a bit harsh i know, but better than a decent person being attacked for fun
it isnt harsh wot so ever, people are a byproduct of the eenviroment and way they were brough up, parents should be able to at least control their kids, and i f kids know this i doubt thay would do it knowing that it could wreck their parents lives.
'happy slapping' is getting mis interperated here. I know its not the cleverest thing to do in the world and is pretty moronic. But when someone punches a woman in the intent of causing so much pain that she cannot retaliate this isnt 'happy slapping'. Pushing you off you bike isnt 'happy slapping'. PEople are just joining yob behaviour with a new fad and calling it all 'happy slapping'. Ever though happy slapping is were you 'slap' someone?
What they ought to do, rather than send them to jail which hardly ever rehabilitates someone like this, is for all the people running stores and markets and just start denying services to these people. Seems like they are too young or something to go to jail anyways, so teach the little *******s a lesson by not letting them buy anything, food or otherwise until they get it through their heads that this will keep up until they mature enough to become valuable members of society or at least to a point where they learn that stupidity is okay as long as your not hurting anybody.
