Bereaved families of those who have died in police custody(!) believe the Independent Police Complaints Commission treat police officers more favourably than members of the public. And finally the MoD's cyberwarfare programme was revealed to contain projects pertaining to influencing and manipulating people's beliefs - "Novel Techniques for Public Sentiment and Perception Elicitation".
